In stock styles will ship within 1-3 business days, for orders placed before 2pm EST.
Pre-order styles will ship as stated on the product page.
Please note that orders containing both a pre-order item and an in stock item will ship together on the pre-order date.
You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

We are based in Virginia, US and ship worldwide. All orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs can be found on the checkout page.

Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If your address cannot be verified by USPS we will contact you for an alternative address.
- If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (the same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for the items to be redelivered.
The package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it
- Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address.
- After verifying please submit a claim with USPS. Submit the claim as soon as you notice that the item is missing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you will need to work directly with USPS to resolve the matter.
