Where do you ship?
We are based in the USA and ship worldwide. All orders ship via USPS and shipping costs can be found on the checkout page.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship the same business day if placed before 4pm EST. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Additional Shipping Information:
- Please double-check your address before submitting your order. If your address cannot be verified by USPS we will contact you for an alternative address.
- If your package does get sent back to us, please note there is a reshipment fee (the same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid for the items to be redelivered.
The package was marked delivered, but I did not receive it
- Please ensure that the address you provided on file is the correct address.
- After verifying please submit a claim with USPS. Submit the claim as soon as you notice that the item is missing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you will need to work directly with USPS to resolve the matter.
