Returns + Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Swimwear cannot be exchanged due to the intimate nature so please be sure to check our size chart before placing your order.
Exchanges for clothing are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for unworn, undamaged items with tags attached. Exchanges are at our discretion and will not be honored if the item has odors or appears to have been worn. Discounted items can't be exchanged.
To initiate an exchange, please visit our Return Portal
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 7 business days to process your exchange. You will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your exchange has been processed.
Damages + Issues

We require that you report any damage within 3 days of the delivery date. You must provide videos of the package and damaged item.
