Jamaica isn’t just a destination for me, it’s part of my story. 

After the sudden passing of my dad, my siblings and I escaped to Jamaica on the anniversary of his passing, searching for solace and a space to breathe. That trip became the first of many. That first trip changed everything. Since 2010, I’ve returned every year, feeling the sun on my skin, the warmth of the people, and the vibrant energy of the island. I've been 18 times, with my last visit being exactly 1 week before the hurricane hit.
